All decisions are made exclusively by the pointed jury members, without any influence from organizers or participants. Every aspect of the submission and evaluation process is strictly overseen by the reputable consulting companies Arzinger and Baker Tilly.
An independent panel of leading industry professionals with no affiliation to the retail real estate sector in Ukraine, including invited experts from other countries.
Each submission goes through several rounds of assessment.
If necessary, materials may be reviewed or reclassified.
The size of the shopping center or campaign budget does not affect the evaluation — only the idea, execution, and impact matter.

Determine the main KPI (traffic/sales, social media influence, social effect, etc.).
Compare with the category descriptions:
TACTICAL ACTIVATION – a campaign aimed at increasing traffic/sales;
BEST SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN – a campaign that primarily led to increased activity on social networks;
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY – a campaign that had a social impact on the community.
CREATIVE OF THE YEAR – a campaign that will reflect your creative approach to the visual component of the team’s activities (layouts, photo zones, advertising, …)
If the case is "borderline", choose the category where the effect is strongest; if necessary, contact the organizing committee - the case may be transferred.
Since the vast majority of jury members are foreigners, all applications must be written in English.

It is important to note that each jury member only sees their own scores and does not have access to the evaluation results of other colleagues.
Depending on the average score, the case falls into Gold, Silver, or Bronze.
That is, there can be several Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners in one nomination.
If the cases do not score the required number of points, there may not be any Gold, Silver, or Bronze winners at all.
